The spider makes a home like a tube, around stone walls, paving stones, and

garden lanterns, etc.

The spider weaves a small tunnel web.

The length is 8-12 mm.

It is found on the four main islands of Japan - namely, Hokkaido, Honshu,

Shikoku, and Kyushu.
